I present to you all my newly complete cafe cruiser build: 1988 Peugeot Versailles. Most parts were picked up at my local bikes for kids nonprofit shop. Bike was free to me from my neighbor.
Replaced the quill stem with Origin8 adapter (bought new). FSA stem and Bontrager bar setup from the bike salvage. ODI x Vans grips (bought new). Origin8 Pro Force brake levers (bought new). Wheels and cassette from the bike salvage. Brakes, pedals and saddle from my parts bin. Wald 1372 basket (bought new). 28 gravel tires from idk where
