  1. Your rotor is not moving but your wheel is by the looks of it. Check the rotor is bolted down tight.

The same thing is happening to my roscoe 8. Rotor doesn’t move but the rest of the wheel is moving. Maybe it’s the hub.

Dude you can see the brake rotor is NOT turning when you turn the wheel. Tighten your bolts bro!!

  4. I have this on one of my real sets and it is the brake rotors or center lock and are not a good fit. I put higher quality brake rotors on and it took away the the issue

  5. Check the bolts on your rotor and torque them down. I had this exact same issue earlier this year and the bolts on my rotor were a little loose. I can’t remember the spec but I think it’s somewhere between 6 and 10 n-m

  6. It’s rotor bolts for sure, had the same issue. The disc won’t move because pads are holding it. It’s the hub that is slightly moving due to the additional play that loose disc introduced

  7. As a sidenote, get rid of those tires and put on some proper ones. Those tires are meant to last for years, offer very little grip.

I swapped to specialized Butcher to in front and Eliminator t7 in back and the difference in grip is insane. The butcher especially saved me many times from falling.
