Miche primato fixed/fixed hubs with with halo fix-t cover – but it compresses the cone bearing and stops the wheel from rotating, so i need to install the spacer that was included with the cover, but it wont fit. It seems to be slight smaller. the cover itself was easy to install.
I haven’t seen these. I have a flipflop Miche hub and it’s freewheel is just left exposed. If you want to use the cover perhaps just use a little Locklite so you don’t need to thread it all the way on until you find a replacement washer

Id rather clean the threads occasionally than use that

The cover only really works on Halo hubs, I tried using it before but same thing happened. TBH my threads have been out in the open since and they’re grand. If they get dirty I just run a cloth over them and alls fine again

I have one of these covers (on a Surly hub) and use the spacer. It fits close but definitely goes on. How far off is your spacer from fitting?

Just don’t use it
But why install it in the first place?
