Day 7 of my Paris to Lisbon bikepacking trip was all about the heat. Temperatures climbed past 40°C on the EuroVelo 1 Atlantic Coast route, and the only way to survive was ice cream… not one, but TWO ice creams! 🚴♂️🍦 Sometimes bike touring isn’t about big climbs or long kilometers – it’s about the small joys that keep you moving forward.
