Oregon gravel, or is it dirt?

Gravel and dirt are pretty much synonymous to me at least when biking. I honestly don’t even notice most of the time if it transitions from gravel to dirt.

Either that or gravel doesn’t exist here and its just dirt with pebbles.

Is that out east near Pendleton?
