When I first got into mountain biking I bought this ONeal Helmet cause I was going to a downhill park, and this was on sale and in my price range and it looked cool. I quickly found out its a dot made for dirtbikes. It works great but it gets super hot ofc cause I’m using it for mtb. I was wondering if there is anyway to mod this to increase ventilation without compromising its safety to a point where its useless?

Nah dude. I wouldn’t mess with the structural integrity of that helmet. I’d just buy something different if you’re looking for breathability.
100% no. Do not go drilling holes in an attempt to improve ventilation. You need a new helmet.
Yeah I’m gonna echo others and really stress. Do not try to add vents to any helmet.
