I was trying to seat a bead when I heard a very loud bang (my ears were ringing), I thought I had popped a tire but it turns out my Lezyne CO2 inflator spit out two internal o-rings. Does anyone know if this is the correct assembly order? I think it's the only way that really works but it doesn't seem to be working as well now. I'd contact Lezyne but their support is closed from September 5 through September 9 and I need to get this working ASAP.

I think you’re correct. I always ensure that end is screwed on before use now, mine exploded when a buddy was using it. Besides this one flaw this thing is by far the best CO2 attachment that I’ve used!!
