Technically, Vinny never told them not to order sides. He just simply said the orders would take longer if they did letting the customer make that choice which is what he wanted, but he never explicitly said don’t order sides so he’s not really lying on the other hand that other guy accusing him of saying to customers not to order sides he’s technically lying because he never actually said that.

I am honestly flabbergasted that Gordon had the nerve to say "don't ***** shout at me". He definitely would have picked himself up off the floor after that DA remark.
To be honest, Vinny didn't really do anything wrong per say. He didn't tell the customers to not order sides, he just said that the sides would probably take longer to get.
He really stopped the entire kitchen over an interaction that literally just involves 3 people to yell at them in front of everyone. No wonder they're so far behind.🙄🙄

This is one of those moments when Gordon decides Vinny is not headchef material. Vinny went over Gordon's management and decided on his own to affect the customers' orders, which is both disrespectful to Gordon and his blue team.
