

Went for a 120km route with my Specialized Rio (52/15), first 100km+ on a fixie
Had an average of 35km/h until the 90th kilometer then I got to the last hill and I got such bad quad cramps that I had to walk for a while and then just lay down because I coudlnt event stand up properly – was seriously worried for a sec there π that dropped my average to 28km/h but overall still a very nice ride. Maybe I'll get banned for this but I wish I had had another gear while climbing that last hill π
The bike is sadly a bit too small for me but I can't complain bc I got it for 400β¬ but after 4h I could definitely feel it.
Also for next time I deffo need more fuel, going 90km with a 35km/h pace had my tank EMPTY and having just an energy bar from Aldi didn't cut it π maybe that's why I got the cramps? Anyway today I will be spending a lot of time sitting down because my legs are COOKED

Edit: that Komoot screenshot only shows how long the route would have taken me to complete, its not the actual time I did to complete the route ππ»ββοΈ
