If you want to actually ride it, make sure it fits ok. If you want to basically ride as-is, you may still want tires and brake pads, maybe grips & a saddle as well. imo that is a nice bike to put the money into and a very fair deal.

Hell yes it’s worth it. Does bike are great classics. I’m riding a Courier mega for years now as a touringbike and its holding up amazingly. Very good Tange steel and great welding.
