That is a fair price, given it is running aftermarket alloy wheels instead of the stock carbon wheels.
Is it the right bike for you. Depends if you are after a race/fast bunch ride bike on a budget then yes. Want something to soak about long miles on epic rides, then no.
I own a 2017 Giant Propel SL, note those brakes are a PITA to set up.,
