I replaced my stock SRAM rotors to the HS2 rotors and changed the pads to the MTX Golds about 7-8 rides ago. I bled them in with the bleeding edge tool and bedded the pads in as instructed. The wheels lock up fine, but from day one they have been making noise early in trails and at the end of the ride. I looked at the rotors and they have some streaking/lines through them, but they’re not deep, my nail doesn’t hang up. The bike has Code RS calipers.

Take some fine sandpaper and brake cleaner and spray and sand your pads and rotors
This is the best way to get them bone dry and clean, it grinds out all the tiny particles that get smeared into the braking surfaces
I wouldnt be concerned. Maybe they havent 100% bedded in yet. It might equalize as you keep ridin
Yeah It’s fine
To be expected. Do they squeal? Is the stopping power ok? Try squeezing some water on them while breaking. That’ll help bed the pads and the rotors.
That looks like a regular pad track to me, though your pads may still “wake up” after a bit of riding and bedding in.
