Just moved out to another city and found this bike on marketplace. Seller says it is a Marin Lombard 1 with a few changes (paint, wheels, etc.) I would like to know how much would you pay for it and if it's worth it.

Well they have done hacked it up a lot. It is a drop bar bike by default. You can buy it new from Marin for $770 though I have a hard time recommending a post mount/QR road/gravel bike in 2025 even new.
I think for $350-400 if you want a good hybrid to get around town it looks like it’d fit the bill.
