Listed as a 56” frame.
That looks lightly used but also a 15ish year old middle to low end equipped bike. See if they’ll take 200? I like that it is designed to take a rear rack
Possibly not the best around town bike but for a sporty but still comfortable endurance road bike it could be fine. For an around town bike flat bars and big tires might be a more comfortable ride.
Size seems okay for your height. Price seems mostly reasonable, you should be able to negotiate down $25-50 without too much trouble.
