My inner tube exploded, literally a while ago so I bought a new one, checked size on the old one, new one had same size on the tube and the box yet when I fit it, it won't seal properly all the way, the first Pic is as it should be, second is what happens in 2 places.
What can I do? I tried everything I can think of but nothing.

Outer tire is not seated properly. Lower pressure, knead it gently. Or put some soap or vasaline (petroleum jelly) between the rim and bead. Reinflate and you should be good. Besides that. The side walls of your tire are damaged. The lines you see is the canvas holding the tire together. This tire should be replaced as it could potentially be dangerous
Deflate the tire then spray the bead with soapy water. Reinflate the tire and it should all snap into place.
What have you thought of?
The usual advice is soapy water and then inflate to max pressure (and even a little over). (The max pressure part is pretty important.)
Bead likely got damaged when the previous tyre expanded and then exploded.
Dishwashing detergent and water, cover the wheel and tyre with it and pump up the tyre watching it as it seats
Ive shat my pants a few times when a mtb tyre only seats at 70psi, promptly deflated it after
Washing up liquid (watered down), just dab it with a finger on the hooked part of the rim, usually helps.
