Want to replace my cassette so took the rear wheel off. According to the website for bike it's supposed to come with a Shimano CUES LG300-10.
However, what greeted me was a cassette stating "Sunrace 11T"?
When replacing, do I get the Sunrace or the LG300-10? Am a little confused.

It appears that your cassette may have come off. This is common for some DT Swiss and Fulcrum wheels. You can probably just put it back on. Here is a relevant video for DT wheels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXJ2ao-Iq14

Both will work
they may have changed the components but not updated the photos, on the photos you can see a Deore rear derailleur.
AFAIK if your rear derailleur is also Deore then you CANNOT put the Cues LG300 because they are not compatible (your components are in this case hyperglide and not linkglide).
