Pontypool to The Tumble: don’t forget to hit ‘Notify Me’
The penultimate stage of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men on Saturday 6 September will be the first of two days of action-packed racing in south Wales, as Pontypool and The Tumble welcome Britain’s biggest professional cycle race.

The Lloyds Tour of Britain Men makes its first visit to Pontypool in the Torfaen district for the stage start, with a route through Monmouthshire that will finish with a double ascent of the famous climb of The Tumble, above Abergavenney.

Last used by the race in 2014, The Tumble is one of the most notorious in south Wales, averaging over 8% across its five kilometres.
