I own a 2019 Canyon Lux CF 7.0 Race with DT Swiss X 1700 SH11 wheels (29”, 25 mm). I’d like to upgrade to a 1×12 drivetrain, but I’m not sure which freehub body I need.
From what I understand:
• Shimano 12-speed requires a Micro Spline freehub
• SRAM 12-speed requires an XD driver
• The current “SH11” marking confuses me – I can’t find any info on Canyon’s website or DT Swiss docs.
Does anyone know what hub/freehub the “SH11” X 1700 version actually uses? Is it a Shimano HG 11-speed freehub? And if so, which conversion kit should I buy to run either Shimano 10-51/10-45 or SRAM 10-50/10-52?
