So a Little context, I had a carbon wheel delaminate so I bought a new rim and used the same hub and rotor, but now the rotor rubs a lot against the frame not matter what (through axle on or not, tightened or not) and I didn't have this problem before with the last wheel (same hub)
While I was waiting for the new rim I bought an aluminum wheel to keep training and you can see how much space there is with that one between the rotor and the frame (pic 8,9,10)
It doesn't look like there's any spacer or end cap missing and I don't know how to solve this

Did the end caps get swapped from left to right?
Hey man, what hub is this? Or check on the internet: isn’t the endcap on your hub pushed in too deep on the side of the brakes? Did you do the wheel or did a bike shop do it for you?
You could also measure the difference how much the endcap sticks out on the old hub and on the new wheel (from endcap to the disc brake, not to the conterlock nut or disc brake bolt)
