Hi guys! Made the mistake of buying a box store bike. Was going fine then noticed today a weird clank sound. Upon further inspection I believe it’s called a bottom crank is making the sound. I’ve attached the video. Am I cooked? Or what do I tighten to fix this issue.

Either the crank lock ring needs tightened, or one of the ball bearings has come out of one of the bearing races (happens when the crank lock ring is not tight enough). Try tightening the lock ring and see if that clears up the wobble. If not, then you will probably have to remove the crank arm, unscrew the lock ring, then fish out the ball bearings and re-align them (or replace them if the race is all bent up) and re-install it.
Is it a new bike? If so the bottom bracket may need tightening. You will need a bottom bracket tool to do this, or bring it to your local bike mechanic to sort it out.
Take it to a shop. It likely has dried out.
