It’s an old bike, not a pristine classic car.
New Claris is more reliable than old ultegra.
Is it full Dura-Ace? What kind of condition are the tires, cables, brake pads, chain and cassette? In other words, are you going to have to spend money in the near future getting parts replaced? If it’s in great shape and doesn’t require any maintenance and has full Dura Ace, then I would say $750, max $800.
