I forgot to add, I have found “Larkspur” and “Ecotric Lark” e-bikes but nothing that matches the above.

I believe this is a “Performance Bicycle” brand kids bike, 24″ wheels? They were a long time store with their own house brand that had a good reputation, but they went out of business a few years back now, this bike is probably approaching 10 years old. It looks like a good choice to me. A couple slightly less common things is they have gone with a relatively narrow tire for a kids bike so not intended to be ridden on much off-road, and also they have used a front derailleur so the gear range is bigger than most kids bikes. Other than that pretty standard stuff.
