I’m putting this bike together and just put the rear derailleur/casette/chain on. The build isn’t done yet but it shifts fine on the stand. Almost sounds like a galloping horse. It speeds up/slows down with pedaling.

You need to align your brake caliper so that the rotor(thing that is spinning) doesn’t rub. It’s likely a 4mm hex, loosen the two bolts underneath the brake caliper and try to align it so that it doesn’t rub on the brake rotor. I prefer to do it by eye, looking down through the caliper until I can just barely see daylight on both sides of the rotor
You’re constantly applying force in the video. Stop “pedaling” and listen to see if it stops. That can help narrow down the culprit.
From the video, it sounds like it’s coming from the brake side.
There’s a moment that sounds like there’s a twang that sounds like a spoke, but that could be a one off.
Check your alignment of the brake on the frame. I’m always surprised how often the usual tricks of aligning them don’t cut it, and you have to do a more manual adjustment. I’m also surprised how often the mounting surface isn’t properly faced flat/perpendicular to the plane of the rotor.
