I am currently checking this Colnago C60 from 2018, it is priced at 1500€. It is a 52cm bike, and I am 175cm with 81cm inseam. I asked the seller if it could be a good fit and he said he is 176 and it fits him perfectly.

Purpose: Starting to get into the hobby of cycling longer distances and might look for some triathlons in the future. This bike would be the starting point of training / riding.

Notable components:
Comes with a pair of Cosmic Wheels Carbon 50mm
Also comes with a pair of Dura Ace Carbon 35mm
Carbon Look Keos pedals
Shimano Dura Ace Di2

Is it a bad deal because it is an older bike?

It’ll be kind of worthless if it cracks. That’s the sketchy part with aging bikes that are mixing fiber adhesives with metal joints and bearing sets. Just a little corrosion or rust at some of those hidden surfaces internally and it’s not very safe to ride anymore. I have a few older carbon bicycles, and some of them has this type of problems. That aside I love old high end bikes. Point is that pure metal frames ages a lot better than those that are laminated.

Honestly, I think this is a good deal. This was a >5000 Euro bike new. It’s 7 years old now, and lacks some modern conveniences (disc brakes being the obvious one), but otherwise is a really really nice bike, that looks lovely and is pretty unique (the lugged carbon frame is not something you see on any other bike).
