Hi i recently put new bar tape on my bike a month or so ago.
I’ve never had drop bars before so i’m learning my comfort zones with my hand placement and reach.
but now i think i should have repositioned the hoods higher, angled slightly upward.
If i undo the bar tape will the adhesive still be good to rewrap it again? or would i need to buy new tape

I’ve never used bar tape with adhesive . but if you properly overlap and use end tape to secure it should be fine.
You should be good to rewrap. Just be careful removing the tape, it can tear somewhat easily.
Some are ultra sticky and remain on the bars which is pretty annoying.
