Just unboxed my State Bike and it sure looks like something is missing here between the crank and frame? Everything is tight, but looks like water/dirt would get into that bearing? I’m going to take it to a shop for a few other things but wanted to ask about this first in case I need to get something from State before I take it to the shop. Thanks for any help, please don’t shred me too bad lol

Nice bike! Embrace and enjoy the simplicity! Square-taper cartridge bottom brackets are actually very well sealed against the elements. I’m often astonished by how long they last.
