  1. We will look back at the comments of this video maybe 10 years from now to show examples of how some people justified looking away and “not allowing politics into sport”…

  2. So sorry for Tom and the rest of the riders – Pali supporters doing what they do best – f__ck things up – ultimately doing more harm to their cause than anyone else

  3. When you don't adequately deal with these protesters, it will only get worse… they need to be dealt with very harshly… and they won't be…. we live in such a wussy world now…

  4. Could try to think of the cause tom, the reason. For a moment.
Fan of your effort, sympathy? Bike racing has nothing to do except everything to do, that's why it's in your realm now.
You weren't in danger, the fact the race was stopped shows that.
    So choose a side tom.

  5. While protesting typically does little, it still brings attention to bigger issues that need to stay in the light. Pidcock still draws his salary regardless of whether a race is stopped. He'll be fine. If he directs his disappointment into his legs he'll undoubtedly have more opportunities to see if he can truly hang with Jonas on the longer climbs.

  7. I love cycling, watch every tour, and adore Jonas and I absolutely get being disappointed and frustrated and do not agree with interfering with the finish line. However, no one is being bombed, starved, or forced from their homes so maybe they can all stop acting like it’s a huge travesty that they didn’t get to finish!

  8. To be perfectly honest they captured plenty of attention from the sidelines for their cause. Running out and disrupting the race doesn't do anything but endanger all the parties involved

  9. Well behaved that lad. Were all sick of this woke political shyt. Protesting is not winning you any hearts and minds quite the opposite.
