Luxembourg’s Velóh e-bike rental system is great, but there’re still some bugs to be worked out with the bikes. They’re inconsistent–sometimes the gears work, sometimes they don’t. Same with the electrical assistance. All that said, it’s easy enough to exchange a bummer bike for a good one.

I love the service and the prices are very good, but that's true you got a 66% success rate of finding a good bike. So it's rare, but possible, the need of changing 2 bikes before finding a good one!
