Sheesh this is awful.
If I’m to understand this right the kid maybe put the bike on the outer edge of the round about and used the tire to drive it around? I’m assuming it got going really fast and the kid on the roundabotu flew off? Honestly sounds like something I’d have thought up.
Story is unclear and the video in the beginging showed them riding on the road.
Eitherway, I find it odd the kid was arrested, it’s a terrible tragedy but seems like a clear accident…unless I’m totally misunderstanding what happened.

Saw a kid I’m guessing between 10-13 riding a full on electric moto hauling ass on the bike path. Not a parent in sight.

roundabouts/merry-go-rounds have a concussion making reputation. my city removed them from all parks 10-15 years ago

Ohhhh, wasn’t riding on the road. 12 year old was on a merry-go-round and 13 year old used the e-bike to spin it.
