This bike needs 3 cables routing under the bottom bracket. One for the rear shifter, one for the chain stay u-brake and one for the front shifter.i bought a generic 3 cable routing plate hoping it would work right away but the curvature of the bottom bracket is too sharp for the routing plate I have. Plus the hole at the underside of the bottom bracket is much larger than the screw that came with the routing plate. I’ve measured the diameter of the bb to be 41mm. The diameter of the hole at the bottom of the bottom bracket is approximately 7mm. I’m guessing the 7mm hole is actually a drain hole and not meant for screwing things into. I can’t see any threads on it but the frame has been resprayed so it might just be that the threads have been filled with paint. Anyone have any suggestions of what part I need to route my cables? I’m fine to stick it on with some double sided 3m foam tape if screwing it in isn’t an option. I’ve attached some pictures of my bottom bracket for reference

You could drill a 4mm hole and use an m5 tap to cut threads. I did this on an old steel frame I have as the original guides (small diameter steel tubes) turned to rust.
Is the cable guide you have plastic? I wonder if heating if with boiling water would soften it enough to take the shape of your bb shell?
