Hello. I am currently using an Ulac top tube bag, but right now I'm starting to do longer rides and I don't have anywhere to bring my spare tube, pump, multitool, phone and action camera + chest mount. I am leaning towards a frame bag that isnt too big or bulky. I have seen the Apidura 2.4L bag but 111€ seems way too expensive. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Phone can go in jersey pocket, saddle bag for multitool and spare tube, pumps usually come with frame mounts, etc.
?! There are countless framebags.
You have to decide yourself which style you like and which size can fit your frame.
The only real difference is, if you need full water proofness or just water repellent.

I have multiple frame bags , go with San util, and send him the dimensions you want , custom made is the way to go,
try a saddle bag?
Not everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m a fan of handlebar bags.
I use Alpkit bags (frame and top tube) and like them a lot. Plenty of straps to keep them fairly secure.
Pump goes on a frame mount, multitool and tubes in saddle bag. My frame and top tube bags are mostly for snacks and spare layers on longer trips, and a phone charger (Alpkit top tube bags have a little cable hole so I can charge my phone in its Quadlock holder while riding)
You can get some very cheap entry level frame bags on Amazon, I started with a Rockbros one on my old commuter bike for under £25
Everything in jersey pockets.
Hard to say but doesn’t look like you have a saddle bag? If not I’d get one before a frame bag.
Why only one bottle cage to? If you really only need one then you can buy storage cans that go in bottle cages
Frame bags are for bikepacking.
You should be able to easily carry everything you need on any ride up to 4 hours in your jersey pockets + small saddle bag. Add the top tube bag for rides over 4 hours for extra food.
– Saddlebag: spare tube(s), multitool, patches/plugs, etc.
– Jersey pockets: Phone, food (such as gels, banana, ricecakes), sunglasses, house keys, mini pump if you dont have framemount
– Top tube bag: Extra food for rides over 4 hours that dont fit in jersey pockets. action camera if you must?
– Pump: on the frame.
Really depends on what you define as longer and if you’re near anything.
I’ve tried to stay minimal with my stuff and have the wolf tooth bar end toolkits, and then a bracket I found on Amazon the attaches to water bottle mounts and adds a strap that I’ve got a pouch with some other items in.
I think topeak has a ninja line or something too.
I feel at the end of the day unless you’ve got a really specific question, a ton of the on bike storage is just personal preference, I’ve used feed bags in the past and they’re great, just depends on your preference.
Apidura is worth the price. Solid, waterproof and light.
If you want the best have a look at Tailfin. It is pricey but worth every penny!
I carry my tools and spares in a Lezyne tool roll that straps under the saddle like a bag, there are loads of similar options. Phone and clothes and food I want quick access to in the jersey pockets.
On some long rides where I know there are very few shops or water stops I’ve used a 3L Rockbros half frame bag to carry extra supplies though.
Off topic but how are you happy with your megamo jakar ? 🙂
I have an Ortlieb 3L frame bag and it fits my bike perfectly, it was $150 so the apidura bag doesn’t seem too expensive relatively. If budget is limited, I’d look and see if you can buy a used one.
