I just came across this subreddit and thought that I will share some pictures from my 6 weeks bicycle trip across Europe I did solo as a 22-year-old back in Jul – Aug 2024 without any major prior experience in bikepacking.
The route was around 3950km, I covered that in 42 days with 2 days off for sightseeing in Venice and Barcelona. I also did 2 major mountain passes in the Alps with my 40kg bike, climbing 39 000m in total on the whole trip. Around 90% of nights I spent in a (cheap) tent.
