I've been looking into buying a new bike and really like the look of some of the older road bikes, but I have no idea what to look for to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. I saw this bike on marketplace for around 200$, the seller says all parts apart from wheels are original, the wheel size is 28inches, its a steel frame, and is from 1960/70. Is this a good deal? Would any of you have any advice on what to look for when buying vintage road bikes? or would any of you guys have any more info on what this bike is?
