Hey! I recently just purchased the Retrospec Beaumont City Bike Plus! And wow, what a beautiful bike!
Unfortunately, my compliments end there.
The bike arrived to me with shipping damage, and with cheaper parts than advertised.
I reached out to their customer service, they confirmed that the website is misleading/deceptive, but also refused to correct the problem.
They aren't even going to replace the parts that were damaged during shipping.
So essentially, once you click that purchase button — you're on your own! And they aren't going to support you post-purchase.
So you might just end up with a $500, very pretty POS like I did.
But we're making due.
