Sienna and I spent 16 days in Ireland. On four of those days, we spent cycling from Westport, County Mayo, approximately 138 miles to Oughterard, County Galway.
Since Sienna isn’t comfortable riding a bike by herself, we rented a tandem bicycle from Green Marble Tours, which also arranged for lodging, luggage transportation to each night’s accommodation, and route planning.
We were able to see some of the most scenic parts of Ireland that most tourists don’t and meet the friendliest people in the small towns and villages we rode into.
