I used menstrual cup. It is very comfortable. Easy to carry anywhere. I cam swim with it. Whenever i can empty it. No tension to throwing pads. Free from itching, irritation ect.

For those who are beginner yeah in first it look tough to insert menstrual cup. my first time for using it i see a lot off vedio about this for 1year after a lot of information & research i buy a cup then the day when i am using it in front of me i play a vedio of insering cup & try 1/2/3.. 7/8 times then finaly i success it took me 15/20 minute successfully insering a cup. first first 1 feel it for 1/2 hour & 1/2 minute little pain for first time inserting. after 2nd time. i did success in 1 time now it's my friend 💌 you just need right size cup for you trust me you gonna love it.
