Hi! Newbie here, been scouring FB market for weeks now ruminating about what bike to get. Just looking to ride casually around the city/parks mostly.
Do we think this is a good bike for that for $115? I don’t want to do much work on it if possible. Also if I’m 5’7 is a 19 inch size a good fit? Thanks!

On paper 19″ would be a size to large for you but eyeballing the size this one doesn’t look too tall so maybe it is actually ok you’ll have to try in person.
The price is fair if it doesn’t need any work but the chance of that doesn’t look good from the picture, so I think it is barely worth half that much. I can see the tire sidewall cracking and they look like the original 30year old tires, they are dry rotted and should be replaced along with the tubes. This also means that the other perishable rubber and plastic bits are very likely needing replacing too, most importantlythe brake pads and for nice experience the grips. The bag on the seat mean the seat is all torn up too. You have to check the gears in person but don’t look rusty at least.
