It’s a Peugeot brand and looks to be from the 70s or 80s. It’s in pretty immaculate condition. I found it at a car boot sale, I’m not thinking of selling it as I’m looking forward to riding around on such a nice looking bike, but is it worth anything? My last two bikes were stolen in London and so I need to know if and how much I should insure it for.

It’s definitely a mid-to-late 70s era. Low to mid-range.
It’s not really worth anything special, but it’s a very solid, good quality bike.
In today’s dollars it would take around $700 to replace it with something of similar quality.
