Lock ring is not tightened. But tbh if you can’t even figure something like this out on your own then I recommend not riding anywhere far or without bike shops around.

The only way i can see this keep happening to you… js because you are not torquing it properly with a tool…..

Remove the wheel, remove the lockring, you will see that the threads are cooked on your hub / cog, gg

Kiss those threads goodbye. Hopefully it was a cheap cog and you blew the threads out on the cog and not the hub.
