Its so frustrating, can’t properly get my rear wheel on, immagine the pain trying to allign the wheel properly and have hub guards sit right 🙄

Wheel nuts are binding, replace them if they’re not good on the threads, grease the axles. Failing that, you’ve got to use to sockets for each side to hold one and stop the axle spinning.
This unfortunately is the burden of having hubguards and Trucks (Trucks is the new name for Pegs by the way, don’t ask)
You can pull it back apart, clean the threads of the nuts and the axles with a little wire brush or a scotchbrite… generally get all the crap off everything.
But ultimately the cheapest way to get past this assholery is to have a second wrench, extender bar and socket to hold one side while you turn the other.
There really isn’t a more clever or elegant solution than that, in my opinion.
This happends because your bike sucks.
