That's a good business decision. When the territory so small, it is not practical to make the state's economy based on real estate or agriculture. But a very small territory could do tons and tons of big financial transactions

People saying I love autocracy 😂 don't understand that this type of government only works on the specific geographic conditions of a country so small and so well positioned to serve as a place where tax evasion and secret economy funds can be granted asylum giving them the type of financial backing that otherwise would make them poor farmers. If this was a much bigger country the type of government they have would be labeled as tyrannical and rightfully so.
Its the same argument as when Swiss pride themselves on neutrality…..yes, you are a geographic specific country with very high mountains and no desire to grab land beyond your own and in a position of relative advantage and lack of international interest.
