Went to do start the small service on my Bike Yoke Revive and saw that the footer was cracked where the cable ferrule sits. There must be a small piece of metal rattling in my frame…..
Has this happened to anyone before? Hoping BY sends me the part, this is an obvious fail.

Sacki is unbelievably helpful when it comes to customer service issues. I’m sure he’ll happily send the part you need. It’s also very easy to replace.
When you install the new one, I’d make sure you don’t have it pressed against the inside of your frame, as well
