DSB has ordered 16 wagon bodies and steering coaches from Spanish Talgo. These wagons will be used on the EC lines Aarhus – Hamburg and Copenhagen – Hamburg.
DSB promises 81% more seats compared to IC3, the possibility of more cheap Orange tickets and a climate-friendly journey with up to 200 km/h
The first few wagon bodies are already in Denmark, where they have been test-driven and DSB staff are currently being trained to drive Talgo. I am looking forward to it.
