    Everyone online warned me about pickpockets, robberies, and street crime… and during my trip, I actually came face to face with it. What started as a simple walk through the old streets turned into an intense moment I’ll never forget.

      I know you're trying to help. But how will staying at the hotel solve their problems? How many nights can they stay there? Can you protect the woman from the beating she'd get from her husband if she stops begging? I am not French, don't live there,,, but I have friends who do, & they say it's almost everywhere. The West is ruined, maybe you should learn a thing or two from Hungary & Poland .

      And then, watch the movie "la Gloire de mon Père" from Marcel Pagnol's novel. It takes place in the very beginning of the 20th century Marseille. Note the differences.

      Sleeping in the streets with their kids is like a Protest .. It has nothing to do with them homeless or really hungry as the government of france help them .
      being homeless and helpless is something else ..

      I live in France, i can tell you that the woman with her child sleeping outside is the exact profile of scammer. In Paris, whatever everywhere in France, women who look like her are all scammer. They are from romania. And the other woman tells you that it's not a muslim because muslims are the scapegoat of France.

      That poor toddler is sleeping like that because they give them "medication". It is unbelivable to see that in what we think is civilized "free" society. Europe is at a point of no return, probably even past it. Only extreme leadership and extreme changes need to happen but it can go wrong very fast as we learned in past.
