Looks like a Standard 1″ non-intergrated cup and cone style headset. When you replace the headset, you should also hammer out the cups pressed into the frame. When ordering a new headset, it is best practice to measure the outside diameter of the cone, on the surface which is pressed into the frame. Just so you are sure it fits your frame as well as the original. As for the fork you can get any fork with a 1 inch steerer tube.

So what you need to do is take the old headset cup out of the frame and measure the inside diameter of the headtube. Also measure the fork steerer at the base where the crown race goes. That will yield the most accurate measurements for you to pick out the correct headset for the frame

You remove the headset cups to measure the inner diameter of the head tube. There are two common 1” standards, JIS and ISO.
JIS was commonly found on less expensive Asian bikes.
You need a 1” fork. Again, there is a minor difference in JIS vs ISO in the fork crown where the headset race sits, but the diameter of the forks is identical

It’s a 1″ headset. You need to measure the base of the steerer tube to find out if you need a 26.4mm or 27mm crown race.
