Kinda sad that most of the Wrexham players I don’t recognize. I’m Canadian and watched season 1 of the show. I understand that they need more quality the higher they go. I guess I’ll get used to it. Seems like they concede a little too much. It’s atleast entertaining.
Jack Walton (Preston Goalie) dove late to meet Ashfield's (Wrexham 45) bouncing lob as his field of vision was obscured by a cluster of Preston and Wrexham defenders standing across the goal line. They really should make the players transparent to give goalies a fighting chance, and the keeper's gloves slip-proof.
Still some shocking defending, were lucky a few times there. Good thing Preston weren't clinical enough. Still, props for the mentality and getting back in there when they had the upper hand
Why O'Connell stiil plays? Two goals under him today, whole lot of mistakes last season. When he's on the ball or stricker is against him I'm 90% sure it's going to be a goal 😔
Every football fan would love this all out kinda football by these so called lower tier teams . To be honest most of the EPL games are boring and very hard to sit through at times.. but mannn… These games between these equals they are thrilling… It's like ATTACK.. ATTACK… and when its time to defend its KILL.. KILL.. KILL
Wrexham are really going to have to sort out their defence, they’re not giving their supporters much confidence up to now!! The teams battling though & that was a good come back. Good to see Okonkwo back between the sticks 👍
