Why do you need a new wheel?
I see a few bent spokes and way too little tension.
But this can easily be resolved by a trip to the bikeshop, replace the spokes, cut a new spoke to replace the broken spoke tension and true the wheel. And it’s ready.
Unless rim is damaged then new rim is needed.
The axle looks fine.
I can’t see anything wrong on the hub.
To me it looks like the bike was ridden with loose spikes until one snapped and some broke, or rider got a stick in the wheel. But that’s no reason to get a new wheel.
Or has the spline sin the hub failed? If so you need to replace the hub or this part of the hub. Bu tif that failed go to the stor eyou bought it from, this is covered under warranty. No need to buy anything.
