Hi I’m halfway through a solo 80 mile ride and I hit a rock and punctured my sidewall. I put in a new tpu tube (pink) but you can see it through the cut. Is this good to finish my ride or do I need to cut my ride short?

It may flat if the tube poke through the hole. If you have a dollar bill, you can save it by putting it between the tube and the tire.
Put some kind of boot in there and start heading home. A dollar bill, Clif Bar wrapper, something like that.
Then buy a new tire.

You can close the hole from the outside with that. (Tyre Repair)

Put the patch in the inside of the tyre. Have this since 5000 km 👍🏽

Unfortunately I used my only co2 and didn’t put in a boot (but now I know for next time)
Also sucks this is my first ride w these brand new gp5k too
I would also check that damage on the carbon rim
When you put the bill into the sidewalk tire, fold it in half long ways
Carry a Park Tire boot next time.
Sidewall damage is always terminal. You can patch it up as a get you home fix but after that it’s new tyre time
I guess you are home now. Time to throw out that tyre. What a bummer! Seems incredibly unlucky.
