I’m not recommending you ride it. If it was my bike I would have zero concerns and ride it without worry.

Anytime you have to ask this question the answer is probably its not.

Looks like the sign of a dent.

I can say without hesitation that it is safe to ride like that. However… A dent like that will likely reduce the life of your frame.
It’s not a sign of a crack, unless you see some cracks.

Looks like just a dent. I would have no issues riding this bike.

Do you see a crack? That’s the sign of a crack.

Completely inconsequential. That is a very small change in the section moment of inertia, which is the critical parameter in the potential buckling of the seat tube. That is just a battle scar.

Where are your pedal threads ? That looks more serious than the frame dent.

Looks like a roadish townie bike. You might be ok for a while. Beware if you do anything off road though. Just saw a friends bike with an innocuous dent like that on his MTB. Over a small jump and the tube cracked in half right at the dent.

A tiny dent. It might even come out by gentle heating and cooling (heatgun/hairdryer, ice water).. careful not to damage the paint.

Do ppl know how to check a frame for bending … I doubt so

No. Just means there is a dent. Luckily it’s white paint so you will see cracks easier.
