Alright guys I picked these up for a total of 50 cents. I feel like i found a wild deal. There is a local guy that cleans out people's houses for them. He tosses everything he doesn't want out front for a quarter these were out in the pile today. The specialized has a stripped crank. That seems to be about the only major issue.

The soma is the better bike. I would have paid $500 for it, let alone $0.25. Get a shock pump and add some air to the fork

That Groove is worth restoring. Tange Prestige DB tubing, great geometry. It’s Taiwanese – but it’s hand welded. That’d make a killer project.
